In accordance with the FAIS Ombud Supply Chain Management Policy, the FAIS Ombud will be sensitive to and supportive of the requirements of government’s strategic imperatives on broad-based black economic empowerment, and previously disadvantaged groups, females and the disabled as embodied in the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment Act, (Act 53 of 2003) and the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (Act of 2000) respectively.

All suppliers wishing to do business with the FAIS Ombud should be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database.
