The Office of the FAIS Ombud would like to confirm that effective 1 November 2018 it shall be relocating offices to Erasmuskloof.

The Office of the FAIS Ombud welcomes the move which was pursuant to the conclusion of our current lease agreement, and it shall continually strive to deliver upon its mandate to resolve complaints in a procedurally fair, informal, economical and expeditious manner, and by reference to what is equitable in all circumstances.
