The enhancement places significant emphasis on the Complaints Portal, which serves as a vital component of the Office. This portal offers a streamlined and effective process for submitting complaints, ensuring an efficient complaint submission and inquiry processes.
Complainants can easily lodge their complaints by including all necessary information and supporting documents to promote an expeditious investigation. Upon submission, the complaints portal generates a unique reference number for each complaint that may be used to
updates, enabling complainants to keep track of the status of their complaint.
